ColorWords messages you on WhatsApp and reads your conversations to teach you better. Here's exactly what that means for your data.
What we collect
Your name, email, and phone number (to message you on WhatsApp as Sophie), your English level and learning goals, and the content of your conversations with Sophie and Mary — we use these conversations to notice patterns in your English and personalize your lessons. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your billing details; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To send you daily messages as Sophie, to power Mary's personalized teaching, to track your progress, and to run and improve ColorWords. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to generate your own lessons.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make ColorWords work: WhatsApp messaging (via Z-API), our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), and the AI providers that power Sophie and Mary's replies. None of them are allowed to use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time, and you can stop receiving messages from Sophie whenever you want. Just email us — see below.
